Bubbles’ screen recording feature lets you capture your screen, mic, and webcam to create and share quick videos. It’s different from meeting recordings, you don’t need the Notetaker, and can record anytime directly from your browser or the extension.
First, a quick heads-up
Screen recording is available on all plans, including the Free Plan.
You can start a recording from the web app or the Bubbles Chrome/Edge extension.
Recordings are saved as Bubbles and can be shared instantly.
How screen recording works
Option 1: From the web app
Log in at app.usebubbles.com
Click the Record screen on your dashboard.
Choose what to capture (entire screen, window, or browser tab).
Enable the microphone and camera if you want them included.
When finished, your recording is saved automatically.
Option 2: From the Chrome/Edge extension (recommended)
Install the Bubbles extension from the Chrome Web Store or Edge Add-ons.
Click the Bubbles icon in your browser toolbar.
Select the Record screen and pick your screen, window, or tab.
Stop the recording anytime; it will be saved to your workspace.
Good to know
Screen recordings are unlimited on all plans.
They can include your voice and webcam for context.
You can comment, restrict access, or share with a link once saved.
The extension is the fastest way to start recordings without logging into the web app.
