How can I delete my Bubbles account?

Currently, account deletion cannot be done directly in the app. Depending on your situation, you may either: Delete your workspace or delete just your user account, while keeping the workspace intact.

First, a quick heads-up

  • Account deletion is a support-only process.

  • For security, the support team will need to verify your identity before completing the request.

  • Once deleted, your account and related data cannot be restored.

Deleting a workspace (Admins only)

  • If you are a workspace admin, you can delete the workspace yourself:

    • Go to Workspace Settings -> General.

    • Scroll down and select Delete workspace.

    • Confirm the deletion.

This will:

  • Permanently delete all workspace data (recordings, transcripts, members, channels).

  • Cancel any ongoing subscriptions.

  • Cannot be undone.

Deleting just your user account

If you want to remove your personal Bubbles account (but not the entire workspace):

  1. First, make sure you are not the only admin in the workspace. If you are, transfer admin rights before requesting deletion.

  2. Send an email to [email protected] with:

  • Your email address linked to the account

  • The workspace name(s) you belong to

  • A short note confirming you want your user account deleted

The support team will verify your identity and confirm once the account has been deleted.

Good to know

  • Both workspace and account deletions are permanent. Deleted data cannot be restored.

  • If you simply want to leave a workspace but keep your account, you can do this from Workspace Settings -> General -> Leave Workspace.

  • For compliance reasons, some billing or invoice records remain stored securely even after deletion.

Still stuck?

If you’re unsure whether you need account deletion or just want to leave a workspace, email [email protected] with your situation. The support team will advise the best option.
