First, a quick heads-up
You can delete any bubble you own or are an admin of.
Once deleted, it’s permanently removed - there’s no undo.
Deleted bubbles disappear for everyone with access.
Steps to delete a bubble
Step 1:
Go to your Home page in app.usebubbles.com
You’ll find your bubbles under:
All
Meeting recordings
Screen recordings
Step 2:
Hover over the bubble you want to remove.
Click the three dots (•••) on the right side of the bubble card.
Step 3:
Select the Delete bubble from the dropdown menu.
Step 4:
Confirm your choice by clicking Delete in the confirmation window.
That’s it! The bubble will be permanently deleted from your workspace.
What guests can’t do
Access other channels or workspace settings.
View private channels or bubbles unless shared directly.
Change team settings or invite others.
Good to know
If you just want to remove access instead of deleting, use Share -> Remove Access instead.
Meeting recordings deleted here will also disappear from Channels and search results.
