How can I download my invoices?

Bubbles invoices are available in your workspace’s billing dashboard. Admins can view, download, or print invoices and receipts for any billing period.

First, a quick heads-up

  • Only workspace admins can access billing and invoices.

  • Invoices are managed through Stripe, the payment provider used by Bubbles.

  • You can download either a full invoice or a receipt.

Steps to download your invoices

Step 1: Open billing management

  • At the bottom of the Workspace settings page, find your plan information.

  • Click Manage, which will take you to the Stripe billing dashboard.

Step 2: Find your invoices

  • Scroll down to the Invoices section in Stripe.

  • You’ll see a list of past invoices along with date, amount, and status (e.g., Paid).

  • Click on that

Step 3:Download your invoice or receipt

  • Choose Download invoice or Download receipt.

Good to know

  • If you don’t see Workspace settings, you are not an admin. Ask your workspace admin to download invoices for you.

  • Invoices include billing details, payment method, and invoice number.

  • You can access your full billing history in the same place.

  • Invoices are automatically sent to the default admin emails. Check your mail /spam if you don’t see it.

  • You can change your preferred email by sending a request to [email protected]

If you can’t find your invoices or don’t have access:

  • Confirm you are a workspace admin.

  • Email [email protected] with your workspace name and the billing period you need. The support team can provide a copy of your invoice.
