Bubbles makes it easy to participate in meetings without being there live. You can watch the recording later and leave your thoughts directly in the bubble, so your team sees your feedback in context.
First, a quick heads-up
Async responses are tied to the meeting timeline.
You can add comments at specific timestamps so your team knows exactly what moment you’re responding to.
All comments appear in the Conversation tab for easy follow-up.
How to respond asynchronously?
Step 1: Open the bubble
Log in to app.usebubbles.com and open the recorded meeting you want to review.
Step 2: Go to the Conversation tab
On the right-hand side, switch to Conversation.
You’ll see a thread of existing comments from teammates.
Step 3: Add your response
Click into the comment box at the bottom.
Type your note, or use @mention to tag teammates by name or email.
Choose whether to insert your comment at the current timestamp so it anchors to a specific moment in the recording.
Click Post.
Step 4: Collaborate in context
Your teammates will see your comment alongside the transcript and recording.
They can reply directly, creating an ongoing async discussion without another live meeting.
Good to know
You can share screen recordings, camera recordings, or you can even upload a file instead of typing
Async comments notify mentioned teammates, so they never miss your input.
All conversation history is saved with the bubble for future reference.
