First, a quick heads-up
Only workspace admins can upgrade to Bubbles Pro.
You can choose monthly or yearly billing.
Payments are handled securely through Stripe, Bubbles’ billing partner.
Step 1: Open your Bubbles workspace
Log in at app.usebubbles.com
On the top right, click Upgrade.
Step 2: Choose your plan
You’ll see three options: Basic (Free), Pro Teams (for 3+ members), and Pro Personal (for individuals or small teams)
Click Upgrade now under Pro Teams or Pro Personal: whichever fits your setup best - It redirects you to the Stripe billing dashboard
Use the toggle at the bottom to select Monthly or Yearly billing.
Step 3: Complete your payment on Stripe
Review your plan details (monthly or annual).
Enter your email and payment details.
You can pay using your card or Link account.
Click Subscribe to confirm your payment.

Step 4: Return to Bubbles
Once payment is complete, you will be redirected to the Bubbles home page, where you will see a message stating Upgrade successful.
Good to know
Upgrades apply instantly across your workspace.
You can manage or change billing anytime under Settings -> Plan.
If your team has 3+ members, discounted pricing applies automatically
