How do I change payment methods?

Workspace admins can update their credit card details or payment method at any time through the Stripe billing dashboard linked to Bubbles.

First, a quick heads-up

  • Only workspace admins can update payment methods.

  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

  • Updating your card applies to all future invoices for your workspace

Steps to change your payment method

Step 1: Open Workspace settings

Step 2: Manage billing

  • At the top of the Plan page, find your current plan details.

  • Click Manage, this opens your Stripe billing dashboard.

Step 3: Update your payment method

  • In Stripe, go to the Payment methods section.

  • Add a new credit/debit card or update existing details.

  • Set the new card as your default payment method.

Good to know

  • You can have more than one payment method saved, but only one default will be used for charges.

  • If your current card has expired or failed, invoices will be retried automatically once a valid method is added.

  • All changes take effect immediately for upcoming invoices.

Still stuck?

If you don’t see the option to update your card:

  • Confirm you are a workspace admin.

  • Email [email protected] with your workspace name and request to update your payment method. The support team can send you a secure Stripe link to complete the update.
