Only workspace admins can update payment methods.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Updating your card applies to all future invoices for your workspace
Steps to change your payment method
Step 1: Open Workspace settings
Log in at app.usebubbles.com
In the left sidebar, click Plan.
Step 2: Manage billing
At the top of the Plan page, find your current plan details.
Click Manage, this opens your Stripe billing dashboard.
Step 3: Update your payment method
In Stripe, go to the Payment methods section.
Add a new credit/debit card or update existing details.
Set the new card as your default payment method.
Good to know
You can have more than one payment method saved, but only one default will be used for charges.
If your current card has expired or failed, invoices will be retried automatically once a valid method is added.
All changes take effect immediately for upcoming invoices.

If you don’t see the option to update your card:
Confirm you are a workspace admin.
Email [email protected] with your workspace name and request to update your payment method. The support team can send you a secure Stripe link to complete the update.
