How do I switch between monthly and annual plans?

Workspace admins can switch billing frequency (monthly/annual) directly from the Plan section in Bubbles.

First, a quick heads-up

  • Only workspace admins can change billing plans.

  • Billing is managed through Stripe (our billing provider).

  • Annual plans are billed upfront and usually include savings compared to monthly billing.

Steps to switch your plan

Step 1: Open Workspace settings

Step 2: Manage your subscription

  • Under your current plan (example: Pro Teams), click Manage.

  • This opens the Stripe billing page.

Step 3: Update subscription

  • In Stripe, select Update subscription.

  • Choose between Monthly or Yearly (Annual) billing.

  • Select Continue and

  • Click Confirm to confirm your updates.

Good to know

  • Monthly to Annual: The switch takes effect immediately. Any unused time from your monthly plan is credited.

  • Annual to Monthly: The switch takes effect after your current annual period ends.

  • The new billing frequency applies to all future invoices.

If you cannot find the Manage button or run into issues:

  • Confirm you are a workspace admin.

  • Email [email protected] with your workspace name and the change you’d like to make. The support team will help update your plan.
