In Bubbles meeting notes are shared based on your Notetaker settings. If your Notetaker settings are set to send summaries to all meeting invitees after each recorded meeting, then all meeting invitees will receive meeting notes.
Why this happens?
Auto-share is enabled: Your Notetaker is set to share meeting notes with: All meeting invitees.
Workspace setting: Your workspace admin may have chosen to automatically share meeting notes for all members.
Shared channels: If someone with access to the notes decided to move the recording (Bubble) to a shared channel in your workspace then members and guests of that channel will be able to access the shared recording and notes.
How to stop automatic sharing
If you’d prefer to keep your meeting notes private:
Under Share meeting notes with, choose “Just me”
Click Save
Now only you will receive new meeting notes until you decide to share them manually.
