Get notified at your own HTTPS endpoint when your bubbles and recordings are ready.
Webhooks send a request to your own HTTPS endpoint the moment your bubbles and recordings are ready, so you don't have to keep checking the API. They need a paid Bubbles workspace.
How do I set up a webhook?
Go to Webhooks settings (or Settings → Personal → Webhooks).
Paste in your endpoint URL, something like
https://your-app.com/webhooks/bubbles.Choose which event should trigger it:
Any bubble: any bubble type finishes processing (the catch-all)
Meeting recording: a meeting recording is transcribed with AI notes and action items
Screen recording: a screen recording or uploaded video is processed
Click "Create webhook."
Save your signing secret
Your signing secret is shown only once, when you create the webhook. Copy it and store it somewhere safe. You'll use it to verify that requests are really coming from Bubbles.
Managing your webhooks
Each webhook is listed with its endpoint, event type, status, when it was created, and when it last delivered. Use Send test to trigger a test event, or Delete to remove it.
For payload details, signature verification, and retry behavior, see the Webhooks documentation.
Still stuck?
If your endpoint isn't receiving events, make sure it's reachable over HTTPS and try Send test first.
Bubbles turns a webhook off after 20 failed deliveries in a row. If events stopped arriving, open Webhooks settings and re-enable it once your endpoint is working again.
If it still doesn't work, email us at [email protected] with your workspace name and the endpoint you're using.
