First, a quick heads-up
Guests are not workspace members.
They only see the channel they’re invited to.
You control what they can view or do inside that channel.
What guests can do
Access the channel they’ve been invited to.
See and comment on all bubbles within that channel.
Create new bubbles in the same channel.
Guests can join through:
A shared link (they’ll be asked for name and email).
An email invitation sent directly to them.
What guests can’t do
Access other channels or workspace settings.
View private channels or bubbles unless shared directly.
Change team settings or invite others.
Good to know
Guests don’t count toward your plan’s seat limit.
You can remove or update their access anytime.
Perfect for secure collaboration with people outside your team.
