How sharing links works
Open the bubble you want to share.
Click Share in the top-right corner.
Choose one of these options:
Invite by link: ON: Anyone with the link can view the bubble.
Invite by link: OFF (Private): No one else can access it unless you manually invite them.
(Pro only) Admins can control whether link sharing is enabled for the entire workspace.
Are bubbles still secure with “Invite by link” on?
When “Invite by link” is on, bubbles are easy to share simply by copy & pasting the link. Your bubbles are still secure because the link is unguessable. It is only accessible if you or someone else shares the link. Only if you are concerned of accidentally sharing the link in the wrong place do we recommend turning “Invite by link” off.
Good to know
On Pro plans, only workspace admins can control the “Invite by link” toggle.
When “Invite by link” is on, anyone with the link can open and view the bubble.
When “Invite by link” is off, the bubble is private - only you can access it.
You can also share directly with specific people by adding their email or selecting their name from the “Share” button.
Shared links can be turned off instantly to revoke access.
