Workspace admins can easily adjust billing.
First, a quick heads-up
Your existing recordings stay, but with limited access.
Any team members connected to your plan will lose access.
If you've decided to cancel your plan or remove your workspace for good, it's simple to do so, provided you have the Admin role in the workspace. Workspace creators have this role by default, and can designate any other member as an Admin in their workspace settings. Here's how:
Step 1: Open Setting
Step 2: Go to Plan and Click on Manage
Step 3: Click on Cancel Subscription
Step 4: Select a reason or you can also provide feedback and cancel the plan
Once submitted, you’ll have your plan cancelled.
Good to know
Your recordings stay safe: Even after cancellation, all your past recordings remain in your workspace. You’ll still be able to view them with limited access.
You can reactivate anytime: If you change your mind later, you can easily upgrade again and regain full access instantly.
No extra charges: Once you cancel, your subscription won’t renew again. You’ll keep your plan benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.
Team access updates: Any teammates connected to your plan will immediately lose premium access once the plan is cancelled.
Deleting the workspace is different: Canceling your plan does not delete your workspace. If you want everything permanently removed, you’ll need to delete the workspace separately. Admin-only action: Only workspace admins can cancel or manage billing. If you don’t see the option, check your role or ask your admin.
