First, a quick heads-up
Supported platforms: Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, GoTo Meeting, Webex
Basic requirement: Calendar connected, Auto-Record ON, valid meeting link, at least 2 participants (including you).
Step 1: Open Notetaker settings
Log in to app.usebubbles.com
Go to Notetaker from the left menu
Click Settings at the top of the page
Step 2: Choose your meeting selection level
Pro
Toggle checkboxes based on the meeting types you’d like the associated type of meeting to be joined.
I organized: if checked meetings you organized will be joined.
I am invited to: meetings you’re invited to will be joined.
I have not accepted: meetings on your calendar that you haven’t RSVP’d “Yes” to will still be joined.
With participants from [your domain]: meetings with participants from your company domain will be joined.
With external participants: meetings with people outside your domain will be joined.
Only if they’re recurring: any meetings that would otherwise have been joined but are not recurring will no longer be joined.
Important: All options except “Only if they’re recurring” are additive. For example, if you check both I organized and I am invited to, Bubbles will join both types of meetings.

Connect or disconnect your calendar
Use Paste a link for ad-hoc meetings only

Upgrading to Pro Teams gives you precise filtering.
You can always use manual recording with Paste a Link, regardless of your settings.
